Amazon Prime comes with many benefits that most people that shop online will enjoy taking advantage of. In fact, there are currently more than 100 million subscribers around the globe, and more than 51% of U.S household have a membership.

Keep in mind, if you’ve never used any of your benefits you’re eligible for a full refund that should be processed within 3-5 business days. In case you’ve used part of their services like place an order with Prime shipping, you could be eligible for a partial refund.
To cancel your Prime subscription, sign in to your Amazon account and click on Account & Lists then select Your Prime Membership from the dropdown menu.
Once you’re there, you’ll see “End Membership and Benefits” on the left-hand side of the page. Click on it to end your membership. A prompt will shows up asking if you really want to cancel your membership and warns you about all the benefits you’ll lose. You’ll also have options to set a reminder to cancel at a later date.
Just click on the End My Benefits button if you’re sure that’s what you want. Amazon one more time will try to change your mind by offering to switch to a monthly payment, which would be a bad idea because you’ll end up paying more at the end of the year.
