Amazon has dropped the AirPods Max 2 to $429 for Prime Big Deal Days, taking $120 off Apple’s regular $549 price and bringing the over-ear headphones close to their lowest price yet.
Even better, you don’t have to settle for whichever color Amazon decided to discount. The $429 price applies across the entire lineup.

AirPods Max 2 make more sense at $429
Price has always been one of the biggest hurdles with Apple’s over-ear headphones. At $549, you’re paying a considerable premium for the AirPods Max experience. Knocking $120 off makes that decision much easier.
You still get Apple’s active noise cancellation, Transparency mode, Personalized Spatial Audio, and the tight integration with Apple devices that makes features such as automatic switching between your iPhone, iPad, and Mac feel effortless.
The aluminum construction also gives the AirPods Max a distinctly more premium feel than the plastic designs used by most wireless headphones, while the over-ear design makes them a better fit for buyers who prefer full-size headphones over earbuds.
For anyone who wants the AirPods experience in a smaller package, AirPods Pro 3 are also down to $179, saving $70 from their usual $249 price.
Both discounts are live now for Prime Big Deal Days, and availability can change as individual AirPods Max colors sell out.
